Please note that while shipping is free at the time of purchase, applicable shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount if a product is returned.

Cash on Delivery Verification

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may verify the order before dispatch.

If we have any concerns regarding the delivery address, contact details, or authenticity of the order, our team may contact you for confirmation.

Only orders with a verified phone number and valid delivery address will be processed for shipment.

Order Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1 business day.

We aim to dispatch approximately 90% of orders within 24 hours, and all verified orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours.

Please note that we do not dispatch orders on Sundays.
